Shipping & Delivery Information
1. Shipping:
All orders are processed, packed and shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands. We offer Standard Shipping by default to the below countries – with shipping costs displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination.
While we aim for you to receive your CLÒIMH products as quickly as possible, shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the guidelines below – provided by our shipping partner. Please note, we do not offer guaranteed shipping dates.
Please note, that orders outside the European Union can experience delays due to customs processes. A number of others factors can influence the delivery time, for example local holiday or other special events in the country of destination.
2. Order Dispatch & Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, typically within 4 business days, you will receive tracking information to follow your shipment.
We may experience dispatch delays during peak times, such as product launches, promotional periods, or holidays - we will keep you informed.
Items will be carefully packaged and arrive in a CLÒIMH branded mailing box, subject to availability and order size.

Please note that the shipping times are a guideline and start from the day the item(s) are dispatched. This is the time it takes for the parcel to reach the destination country from the Netherlands. Once it arrives in the destination country, it may take an additional 1–2 days to reach you depending on your location.
4. Shipping Destinations Outside of the European Union:

- Switzerland (3-4 days)
- United Kingdom (4-6 days)
- United States (9-15 days)
Please note that the shipping times are a guideline and start from the day the item(s) are dispatched. This is the time it takes for the parcel to reach the destination country from the Netherlands. Once it arrives in the destination country, it may take an additional 1–2 days to reach you depending on your location.
5. Have questions, want to receive a custom shipping quote or want to ship to a country not listed?:
If you have any questions or would like to request a custom shipment outside of our Standard Shipping option, or to a destination not listed – please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Be sure to reach out before placing your order, otherwise we will be unable to help you.
As a small business, we are continuously working to expand our shipping options and destinations as we grow. We will keep you informed of any updates as soon as they happen.
Returns Policy & Procedure
1. Returns Period:
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have up to 14 days from the day of receiving them to request a return.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any parcels lost during the return process.
2. Cost of Return:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please refer to the below 'Important Information for Orders Outside of the European Union' before sending a return from outside of the EU.
3. Creating a Return Request:
To initiate a Return Request, e-mail contact@cloimh.com with the e-mail subject ‘RETURN REQUEST' and your order number. For example ‘RETURN REQUEST CLO101001'. You can find your order number in your Order Confirmation e-mail.
Upon receiving your request, we will reach out to you with further instructions.
You will find a returns address label enclosed in your delivery. Please note that it is not prepaid.
Complete the Returns Form, also enclosed in your delivery.
Please note, item(s) should not be returned without prior e-mail correspondence. Items returned without prior e-mail correspondence will not be eligible for a refund and may either not be received by us or returned to the sender.
4. Returns Policy - Product Condition:
All item(s) should be returned in their original condition. This means they must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. All CLÒIMH branded labelling, including tags, must still be attached and undamaged.
Ensuring that returned item(s) meet this criteria helps us process your return more efficiently.
5. Return Inspection and Confirmation:
Once the item(s) have been successfully returned according to our instructions, we will inspect the item(s).
After the inspection process, we will confirm the return and process the refund.
Please note, this process can take up to 10-14 business days from receiving the returned item(s).
We reserve the right to reject the return if the item(s) show signs of wear or are altered from their original condition.
5. Refunds:
All successfully returned item(s) will be credited to the original payment method, minus shipping costs, custom duties or local taxes.
You will receive an automated e-mail from us once your return has been processed.
After issued, refunds should be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your banking provider.
Important Information for Orders Outside of the European Union
1. Shipment of Orders to Outside of the European Union:
Please note that orders delivered outside of the European Union are shipped with import duties and taxes unpaid. This means customs duties and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
As a result, upon delivery, additional charges may be applied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient/customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to predict the specific charges for each delivery due to varying customs regulations across different countries. Please ensure you are aware of any applicable charges in your country before placing your order.
2. Returning Orders from Outside of the European Union:
When returning orders from outside the European Union, please ensure that you inform your shipping provider that the package is a either 'Return to Seller' or a 'Return Parcel'. This will help to avoid additional charges, duties, or taxes upon your return being delivered to us.
We are not responsible for any customer returns charges and parcels with unpaid charges will be returned to you.
Received a Damaged Item?
Product and material quality are very important to us at CLÒIMH. We work closely with specialised manufacturers, to ensure high standards as well as carefully inspect all products before they are sent to our customers. Therefore, we are disappointed and apologise that you have received a damaged item.
1. Definition of 'Damaged' Items:
'Damaged items' refer to purchased goods that are received by the customer in a damaged or poor condition. This does not include items that have already been worn or used.
2. Damaged Items Return Procedure:
If you have received a damaged item, you should initiate a 'Damaged Item Return Request', by e-mailing contact@cloimh.com with the e-mail subject ‘DAMAGED ITEM REQUEST' and your order number – for example ‘DAMAGED ITEM REQUEST #CLO101001'. You can find your order number in your Order Confirmation e-mail. You have 14 days to do this.
It is necessary to attach pictures of the damage(s) to your email to support your return.
Upon receipt, you will receive an e-mail from us detailing next steps.
Please refer to the above 'Important Information for Orders Outside of the European Union' before sending a return from outside of the EU.
Please note that items should not be returned without prior correspondence. Items returned without prior correspondence will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.
3. Refunds:
Once we have successfully received your damaged item(s), we will issue a refund. Shipping costs will be refunded for item(s) that were delivered in a damaged condition.
However, local import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient/customer and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
You will receive an automated email from us once your return has been processed. This process may take up to 10 business days.
After processed, refunds should be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your banking provider.
Want to Exchange an Item?
As a small business, we do not yet have the processes in place to handle exchanges. However, we are working to make this option available for our customers.
If you would like a different item or colour, we encourage you to return your order as outlined above and place a new one.
